What We Collect
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, along with the date you signed up, the page you signed up from, and a consent version identifier. We don't collect your location or browsing history through our signup form.
How We Use It
Your email is used exclusively to send Hold the Line brand updates: new product drops, content, and community news. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address for marketing purposes.
Email Service Provider
Email data is processed and stored by Resend, Inc., our email service provider, who acts as a data processor on our behalf. Resend stores your email address in a subscriber audience list. Their privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
Rate Limiting & IP Addresses
To prevent abuse of our signup form, we temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting (maximum 3 submissions per 10 minutes). IP addresses are held in memory only during the rate-limiting window and are not stored persistently, logged, or shared with third parties.
Third-Party Fonts
This site loads typefaces (DM Serif Display, Inter) from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may collect limited technical data such as your IP address. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) as part of normal web hosting operations. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Analytics
We use the following analytics services to understand how our site is used:
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics. No personal data is collected. plausible.io/privacy
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and device information. GA4 may set cookies on your device. Google Privacy Policy
Advertising
We may use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixels to measure the effectiveness of our ads and serve relevant content. These pixels may set cookies and collect data about your browsing activity. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
